Early in the morning we were preparing to enjoy a buffet breakfast prepared
in Collage Restaurant. A variety of international cuisines, especially Asian
menu, seemed to dominate, ranging from Japanese cuisine, India, China,
Indonesia besides western menus. The choices are quite varied overall,
although not too many.

The interior of Collage area is quite large and very comfortable. We can easily
get the tables for two or four people. We can also use the outdoor area for
dining.

Choice of cereal at Collage is quite a lot, although for milk was not that many.
There are only two types of milk available: Fresh and Skim Milk.

What special is the variety of breads and pastries which was so plenty,
including the companion to spread like jam, honey, and others. We can find
about 4 types of honey, and many kinds of jam. : D

One that caught my attention is various types of cheese from many countries
were provided here, wow! Cheeses came in different tastes: from the salty
ones, the tasteless ones, until the hard to describe ones, haha.

Every time we have a buffet, Sushi and Sashimi are definitely two of the
menu we crave the most 😀 Unfortunately Collage only provides the maki/roll
and the fushion type of sushi, so no Nigiri Sushi, moreover Sashimi can be
found. 🙁 But even so we still love the variety of sushi available, and we also
love the soy sauce especially. 🙂

There were various kinds of sausages and meat, and we can find the
non-kosher meat there, but it turned out that the kosher meat tastes
yummier.

In addition to the tea and coffee, Collage also provided fresh juices which
directly made on the spot from the various fresh fruits displayed, so it was
certainly very fresh. They even provided us with the traditional herbal drinks
too, hehe, well my favorite is the saffron–colored rice and ginger ^^!

Although not too many, the menus provided here tastes good. Furthermore,
we can relax ourselves in this cozy restaurant of Collage – Pullman Jakarta
Central Park Hotel. Feels like wanting to stay here longer. : D
